Siberian Ginseng

Siberian ginseng is not considered a true ginseng which is used as an adaptogen that stimulates the body's resistance to physical, environmental, and emotional stressors. It contains many active ingredients, called eleutherosides that affect the brain, immune system, and certain hormones.

Epimedium Koreanum

It contains a lot of flavonoids including icariin, quercetin and chlorogenic acid. These chemicals might help increase blood flow and improve sexual function. It also contains phytoestrogens, chemicals that act somewhat like the hormone estrogen.

Rhodiola may help strengthen your response to physical and psychological stressors. Stress, anxiety, and inadequate sleep can contribute to fatigue, which can cause feelings of physical and mental tiredness. Its roots are considered adaptogens, therefore, it may help your body adapt to stress. Due to its adaptogenic properties, rhodiola is thought to help alleviate fatigue.
